About Dead Trigger 2
Dead Trigger 2 is the second game in the zombie game series of publisher Madfinger Games, released a year after its predecessor. Like the first part, this game is still a battle without ending with zombies but part 2 gives you something new, wider. It can be said that part 2 is the perfect upgrade version because the game reaches the standard in many aspects such as graphics quality, sound and solved a problem of the previous version, which is lack of depth. The game received the Unity Awards 2012 award for the game using the best Unity graphics technology.
In 2012, a terrible pandemic happened all over the globe, it turned humanity into undead and attacked other people to continue spreading germs. The speed of this epidemic spreads so unbelievably fast, it defeated every medical and military facility of nations around the world. No Hope – the only anti-zombie organ that was born. But they didn’t last long.
Two years later, the zombies produced many new species with tremendous power. Nope failed and was completely destroyed. Everyone is turned into zombies, leaving only a few characters holding different roles including Medic, Engineer, Gunsmith Scientist, Smuggler and you – the main character of the game. Establishing The Hideout, you and your associates begin your journey through 33 countries and 600 scenes to fight zombies, find the cause and remedy for this global plague. Admittedly, the storytelling of Dead Trigger 2 is amazing. The game always makes me surprise, making me completely attracted to the details of the game.
Talking about gameplay, Dead Trigger 2 is the first-person shooter game combined with many factors such as survival, role-playing, action, horror, zombie. Large open environments with free moving allow you to comfortably move to any location you want instead of moving along the tracks like most other mobile games. That means you can play your way, arbitrarily move and take down all the rushing zombies with heavy guns or even using grenades.
To increase the drama for the gameplay seems monotonous, Dead Trigger 2 adds many types of zombies instead of just normal zombies that you often see on movies. Each of these boss-zombies has special powers and they are very strong, even they can withstand 10 grenades. Some species that I can list for you are Rampager with a large body and flexible movement; Kamikaze always holds a box of explosives that can destroy a city; Radioactive Scientist is a mad scientist turned into a zombie, he can suck your blood to become stronger; Vomitron has the ability to vomit chemicals into you; the last is Panzer with the skin like a tank that can resist most conventional ammunition.
Guns are the most effective weapon against zombies, it has the ability to take down zombies from a distance, without giving them a chance to get close to you. During the battle, I think you should stay close to the ammunition boxes so you can refill the ammunition continuously. Don’t try to fight with a wrench, that’s a big mistake!
In addition to the story mode, you can participate in sniper mode – the place for the best gunners. Many people are in danger when moving to safe areas, zombies are right behind them. Your mission is to snipe all the zombie hordes to protect innocent people. If you feel that this task is easy and safe, maybe you are wrong. Zombies are moving very fast and your helicopter is constantly moving, so accurate aiming and shooting is an extremely difficult challenge for you.
Dead Trigger 2 uses Unity technology to make the game’s graphics extremely impressive. High-quality graphics and excellent image quality. The environment in the game is beautifully designed and detailed but still retains the smoothness during operation. If you set graphics at the Ultra High level, you can clearly feel the smoke, fire, and dust effects on each frame, but you need a really high configuration device to make sure the game runs run in a stable way.
